• I have spent over 15 years at Fortune 100 companies like Apple, Boeing, and Raytheon so I know the key attributes it takes to succeed and how to adapt to new cultures

• I've been an individual contributor, a hiring manager, and a senior leader so I understand how to add value at many levels

• I've hired, selected resumes, and sat on interview panels for thousands of candidates so I know what it takes to stand out and to get the job

I've also lived the career journey you're navigating. I've gone from engineer to managing organizations of over 50 engineers and leaders, speaking to rooms of 200 executive leaders, hired extensively and grew teams from the ground up, led multi-million dollar programs, and grown my salary by over 350%. I learned how to advocate for myself, navigate organizational politics, and grow my career intentionally- with the help of many mentors along the way.
